MEET OUR LEADERS
Marvin & Karla R. Smith — Co-Founders, Fired-Up! Leaders
Marvin and Karla R. Smith are ordained ministers and devoted servant leaders with a passion for teaching, equipping, and empowering others to know Christ, embrace their God-given purpose, and lead with faith, humility, and integrity.
In 1996, they founded Fired-Up!, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry committed to developing servant leaders and advancing the Kingdom of God. Their ministry reflects the fivefold leadership described in Ephesians 4:11, with Marvin serving in apostolic, pastoral, evangelistic, and teaching ministry, and Karla serving prophetically, pastorally, and as a teacher.
